On a visit to Cameroon to preach the annual retreat to the student confreres of the Communauté Internationale de Formation en Afrique (CIFA), Charles Phukuta, the Superior General, received the renewal of the vows of 26 confreres and conferred the ministries of acolyte and lector to some of them, on the occasion of the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 8 September 2021.
The Superior General invited our confreres of this Formation to be inclusive and happy missionaries and to be bearers of hope to the world. Indeed, “Our world needs humble witnesses to show God’s mercy better,” he stressed.
